Our guest speaker will be David Puth, recently appointed Chair of the BIS Market Participant’s Group to address the mandate of creating an FX global code of conduct. David will share his views and offer insight on the BIS Market Committee’s objectives and results thus far.
Given the ACIFMA’s prominence on the BIS Committee and the relevance of the longstanding ACI Model Code, we believe the proceedings are of critical importance to our members, sponsors, and all capital markets globally.
